Shady Rays Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Free Shipping Threshold
All orders within the U.S. exceeding $60 qualify for free standard shipping. The brand also offers free shipping on returns and exchanges for eligible orders, adhering to a "free shipping, free returns/exchanges" policy.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders for standard sunglasses are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be delayed during promotional events or peak sales seasons.
The warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times and Carriers (U.S. Domestic)
Shady Rays partners with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
Standard Shipping: Takes 5–10 business days; free for orders over $60.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2–5 business days; additional shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
Delivery takes 7–20 business days. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and clearance fees; international shipping costs are displayed automatically at checkout.
4. Package Tracking
Once an order ships, the tracking number and link are automatically sent to your registered email address.
You can also log in to your account on the official website and view real-time shipping status in the "My Orders" section.
Additionally, you can copy the tracking number and use the third-party tool Ship24 to check the delivery status across different carriers.
5. Lost or Marked-Delivered Undelivered Packages
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you never receive your package, you must submit a reshipment request within 30 business days after your order is dispatched.
Shady Rays reserves full authority to review all reshipment applications. Additional second shipping charges may apply under certain circumstances.
Only one reshipment is permitted per single order. No reship requests will be accepted after the 30-day window expires.
6. Split Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification regarding restock timelines. All in-stock products will be shipped immediately, and restocked missing items will be resent free of charge with no extra delivery fees.
7. Address Accuracy & Shipping Liability
Customers bear all losses resulting from undeliverable or returned packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check all delivery information before completing payment.
Once packages are handed over to courier carriers, Shady Rays shall not be liable for full compensation for any transit delays, product damage or lost parcels, as these issues fall under the carrier’s jurisdiction.
A standard base shipping fee applies to all orders containing restricted hazardous accessories such as compressed sprays and alcohol-based products.
8. Return & Exchange Shipping Terms
Shady Rays supports a 30-day free return policy. All return shipping costs for domestic US orders are covered by the brand.
Certain merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including Mystery pairs blind boxes and final clearance sale items.
